Joe Costello is a Florida Bar licensed attorney that has been practicing law throughout the State of Florida since 2009. Joe is a South Florida native and former collegiate baseball player with a range of experience representing executives, professional athletes, entertainers, business owners, attorneys, and other high net worth individuals during what is often the most difficult times in their lives. Joe takes a collaborative approach to every case, with the client being actively involved every step of the way. Where necessary, the appropriate professionals, including accountants, business valuation experts, guardians ad litem, private investigators, and mental health experts will be brought into the case in order to ensure the best possible outcome. Joe believes in the amicable resolution of cases, particularly in Family Court, but in certain cases, where settlement is unattainable, Joe has a wealth of trial experience and success.
